Here's a great photo of all the Wheels North riders just before the start on July 4. Seems like a long time ago now, but it was less than less than three weeks ago that we rolled out and headed for Seattle ...Thanks to photographer Marita for coming to Santa Rosa to see us off.

We tried to find you in downtown SR on the morning of July 4. We had probably 40 people to help see you off. We rode to where we thought we were supposed to meet you (5th & Mendocino), at the appointed time (9:10), but there you were nowhere to be seen. We rode around in circles, around the block (part way) to see if you were nearby...not a sniff of you. Strange. We then rode out Montgomery along your route. Didn't see you ahead of us or behind us.
Oh well...the best laid plans and all that...
Sorry we missed you, after all our work to get on the same page...or the same street corner. Probably I got it wrong somehow. I often do.
